Did you start your server before going to LAN? If yes then see if you have any filters that might exclude your server (edited)

yeah cfrom teles make mapping a bit easier as u can use the same cfrom everywhere but take care as it opens cheats very easily

I suggest a sever setting for mappers that only allows one player per IP justatest
