this kind of maps is called KoG, you can find KoG servers to play it, I think the easiest KoG map is AiP-Gores
but I recommend stick to DDnet maps, they are much better

well compare this map, that you have video on and multeasy map for example, KoG is mostly hooking and getting through tight spaces, ddnet is about dragging and it has a lot more mechanics(edited)
gores: maps where most stuff is hookable and the only thing you do is go through the freeze tunnels - kog servers consist of only those maps, while ddnet has only a few of those and insatead focuses on drag parts

I don't remember the bind for it, maybe try to look for it in the settings, basically it makes maps look kinda the same (or predictable) and you don't have to deal with vibrant colors that some mappers like
you can join a group with /team and then use /practice (you won't be able to finish after using this) and then /tp to teleport, also this is #showroom , so for questions it's more appropriate to use #questions
