You mean the in-game dagabase? If not, your friends also need the db

If you mean the official ddnet skin database, they could try enabling "download community skins" in the "Tee" tab

If it happened out of nowhere. Probably your setup. First restart windows over"restart" button instead of "shutdown". This often fixes it

no, in the ghost folder C:\Users\pilonpl\AppData\Roaming\DDNet\ghosts you should then see it in the ghost tab
