DDraceNetwork - questions

hey i just got a new pc but now when i run ddnet its a bit laggy, not like fps or ping (on stand still i have 5k fps), its more like a delay of my inputs, like how vsync feels kinda.. any help? tried vulkan & opengl, no difference tried messing with refresh rate caps linux mint 21, 12 core intel i7, 16gb memory, 2080 rtx (edited)
