not quite like that, but I think AGPL is not always applicable (also @Ryozuki) see https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#AGPLv3InteractingRemotely so if you use a agpl database in the backend to manage your services, you can do whatever you want with it and not release the source if I understand correctly, as the database is not something that is designed to accept your users requests. I don't understand how far that reaches though. For example twmap isn't designed to work via the network, so as I understand it, a website wrapper would not need to be open sourced (?)

You have too many pictures (mapres or skins). If you have like the size of 2GBs worth of pictures and you don't have that much GPU memory (you can see it on the Task Bar), then the game refuse to run

Try removing some pictures (mapres or skins) and run it again. Do it bit by bit, until you can run in

Not reinstall. Remove custom assets. Some have too high resolution for your graphics card
