These are not people, they are bots on behalf of the average client, something like Discord-Bridge only created for a bad purpose like this

these are real players, they had timed out cuz server was dosed badly so their packets couldn't even reach server for 100(?) seconds

I do not quite understand how conn_timeout works, but it seems that these "bots" do not have the ability to respond to the server, so they get kicked Default: conn_timeout 100
