я просто нашел файл, там 4 адреса мастерсерверов, прогуглил, нашел сатй, а кнопки создать нету, это какие то особые сервера которые простым смертным недоступны?

ты можешь спокойно поставить на хост мастерсервер и прописать его в список мастерсерверов к которым сервер будет подключаться
