In game cursor moves but gyazo don't

u can make screenshots with f10 ingame

Several people are having issues connecting to the USA3 servers, including a connection timeout. It took me a couple minutes to connect the first time, but then it seemed fine. Any insight? What snapshot is USA3 running? That would be my first guess. Some clients can't even see USA3 in the server browser.
