you can use tunes to give endless or longer hook

i dont know but it might help depending on how he is mapping that part. Some things cant be done with tunes

tune makes for everywhere except tune_zone . tune_zone 1-255 command is for only that specific place , that you choose tune layer .

What I want is for when you enter the tune zone or area, it resets the timer of the hook; don't think that's doable with tune zones, only infinite hooks

This is the type of map I'm creating, but the chat spam from the endless hook is very annoying, and that's probably enough to get it declined in the first place

Ya, the message is pretty important for playability, some maps don't do a good job of alerting of powerups, and it's not obvious as a new player what they do, so the text is important, unfortunate for map design I guess

yeah the chat spam is bad, cool idea for a drag map tho

Could you tell me how? Might be worth trying, I couldn't see it on the list of things you can do with tune zones though

I only saw hook duration and hook properties

it sets duration when u hook inside the tune

if u do tune_zone 1 hook_duration 99 it will not change duration if u hooked outside tune
