I don't know where the Brazil server is hosted, but I know Brazil is very big. Maybe they changed the host city, but that would affect other players too..

You should find a friend and install DDNet on their computer (using their internet, no yours) and see what ping u have with them

i went to a friends home and i tried the game in his computer and he had 40 ping
