@Tester Hello, @PoKeMoN [TD]🌈 and @Chill [TD] and I have a fairly large archive of maps, the list of which includes a huge number of old school maps that were released back in 2008-2012, yesterday and today we selected a couple that are not available on ddnet servers. Therefore, we would like to know if we can put them out for testing with a further release, or maybe this maps was already tested and for some reason diclined the release idea, so we would like to know from you in advance. Here a list with some maps which we would like to load to test: 1. mo_xenon_1 2. mo_factory 3. gores_1 4. gores_2 5. ddpika_1 6. ddpika_2 7. warch_hard_2 8. warch_afk

i say this for the sake of every new player who might have their first impression of ddrace maps ruined by loading into a skillz map. the skillz maps do not reflect at all the quality level of maps in the current era and are confusing, garbage, and unfun for new players to play. they really do not fit in the novice map pool, but rather oldschool. clearly other people recognize this, as these maps and a few others are in an "old" category separate from the rest of the novice maps on the call vote screen. in my opinion the skillz maps along with all the other map in the "old" section should just be moved to the oldschool map pool like the koule maps were.
