Yea but the reason why you can download Pokemon Red ROM if you bought the same game irl, is, because it's the same game/file, you just use it with an Emulator because the device doesn't get any support anymore, hence, you should be able to play even if your Gameboy got broken

well the only reason why i went through my old stuff was to go through the process of dumping disk myself, mine blueray didnt work, borrowed bluray didnt work ( both LG just none the version that supports this type of encoding), mostly for the learning, downloading a game would probably take 1-2h with my net and be done

yeah, i remember buying a game in mediamarkt from "the basket" (because somone stole copper cables somewhere up the road so we had no internet) and it was just a key for steam XD

problem are spikes of pain in my opinion, when U constantly hurt it will sooner or later be new normal
