i also had this with an amd card lately: https://wiki.ddnet.org/wiki/GFX_Troubleshooting#Low_FPS,_stuttering_or_similar_problems had to cleanly uninstall driver and install again

how to reset all game settings

One way to reset your ddnet settings is by deleting the ddnet-settings.cfg file located in the %appdata%\DDNet

If you delete it, but have an old teeworlds settings around, it could use that file. Maybe a better approach is to make ddnet-settings.cfg an empty file
