Rainmeter doesn't do that no? I don't recall it having its own wall paper animations like wallpaper engine, but it can give an audio visualiser which is pretty cool

0:50 monolog, just made a beat motivation wallpaper for myself(actually 2 png files) and i still thinking:"should i still try my best in this game or no" i know i can be better, but it's so fucking hard
