Generally you want to translate from the English version to your desired language only

if you have extra content you would like to add, add it to the english version first

if a translation for your language doesn't exist yet (and the wiki page detected your language properly) you should see this "Translate this page" text.

if it exists, you click on the hyperlink of your language. for example "espanol". as seen above.

you see how you only see "edit source" for the english version only, and "translate" for the spanish version? (edited)
