Unless your keyboard is shit it's unlikely. If you are very worried you can get a keycap extractor. Those pull only upwards so its gentler on the keys

I mean if you are not willing to get the caps off you will have trouble with the sides of the keys, so I'd just ignore them in thar case

Maybe try some isopropanol at the edge of a key and see if the finish handles alcohol fine. If it does just wipe the top of each key with an ipa soaked rag (edited)

I guess removing all keys is the best way

I wipe mine with an alcohol wipe, but again ymmv. I know the plastic in mine and its finish dont have an issue with it

You could probably try a wet wipe intended for use on humans. Those contain some other solvents which are much gentler
