/cmdlist exists for chat commands, and console commands can be found on https://ddnet.org/settingscommands/ (edited)

And if it's the #bot-cmds bot. It probably has a help or command list command as well.

i banned from fng but i didnt do anything for ban where can i report this (edited)

Deep Fly Bind is a Bind. It gets executed when you press the key you bound it to.
