unfortunately this isnt supported by the extension. With the new translation system these messages might become reality if someone puts in the effort. We used this extension for the notifications: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DiscordRCFeed

and I think that with the new translation system, stub has lost its meaning in foreign languages because it talks about the possibility to change the page, which no longer exists. I think it is possible to either change the content of stub to say so, or in foreign languages to remove it altogether

Hm yeah. Thats true. Lets write instructions on how to update the english version. I can take a look on that later.
