I think I struggle with dummy speedflying and am more consistent when I am with a player hammering..can u give me a more detailed insight on this? Do u think there's a longer delay between the first hammer and the of the hammers?

There are tools to recover files from the disk. There is a relatively high chance the file exists somewhere on the disk since it probably won't use the same disk space to save the new file
