it depends on your aspect ratio mostly, but quite possible that its very slightly larger because of math roundings

smallest is 5:4. there is no upper limit. But above smth like 17:9 the game will not give you more view range, but less (by zooming the game more in)

Games mostly try to achieve as high fps as possible by default. You can limit this in settings though

It was always like that, you were just used to it

If you have high ping, hammer will be easier than driving

You'll get used to driving with antiping, it only becomes really awkward 200+ ping, imo

Hammer will still be doable with high ping, dummy will feel like LAN no matter the ping
