U were offline in the first. Maybe offline mode from steam? Defs sus. But i guess u need to contact steam

everytime i to join the grandma server i get put on a nonexsistent kobra server somehow.. they have the same ip

Well I have no clue why it puts me to Kobra instead of Grandma My refresh works perfectly for other servers

+ When Im at the browser and I add some rando as a friend, I can't see him as a friend on the browser. it shows me as offline

Lag is the keyword. If you can't fix your lag, you can't fix your issue described.
