Yea. The explanation someone gave me regarding it was useful to me. If the server name gets highlighted, it contains your search term. If the player count is highlighted, a player with the searchterm as his name is in the server.

Search term is always colored, yes. If player count is highlighted, you can swap to the server info tab and see the list, where the player/clan is highlighted then too

it should be changed tho. saw someone in an insane map change their name to novice and then the server turned full of people who have no clue what to do

But thats not a thing yet is it. The serverbrowser would have to query the difficulty of each map. The difficuly until now was only written into the server name. (edited)

and to avoid stuff for beginners, we could make the default search string - Novice

under types are all server types (brutal, moderate etc.)

put the map in %appdata%/teeworlds (or ddnet)/maps then in server f2 u can do sv_map <MapNameWithoutDotMap>
