If it's not tearing and you don't feel input lag, it's fine. Think of the igpu thing as a framecap at 400~. It's the max speed at which the igpu can copy frames from the dgpu

tbh i dont really care. if they think its fine its fine. but the fact that manufacturers save probably 0.5$ from not connecting the nvidia GPU to the laptop monitor just so you have a worse experience annoys me
