This is the usual way I do it: 1. Set password on affected servers to prevent new players from joining 2. Set empty servers to auto-shutdown 3. Wait a while so players can finish maps 4. Shut down rest of servers when no one is playing 5. Upgrade VPS 6. Start all servers again

what do you want to change? on a private server, there are a lot of server commands that might give you the effect you're looking for without needing to change the code

it is for mods, you can ask any admin or mod to check a demo if youre suspicious

You can just make a tas and replay it so it doesn't really matter

demos can be aswell with 2nd client, but for example thats bad for me cuz 2nd client lags both ddnet clients rly hard (edited)

Also in a game like ddnet it's not really possible to just copy paste inputs

Because you can't just pretend you accidentally did the exact same thing as some other person

if no one checks... Plus, you don't need to copy someone else's run. You can just run on local and take your best parts into the bot
