ok, the screenshots from AMD are from amd drivers, u can simply google rx 6500 xt drivers and isntall it (https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-6000-series/amd-radeon-rx-6500-series/amd-radeon-rx-6500-xt) then u can maybe disable vsync/freesync. with vulkan it should also warn if immediate rendering is not available in F1. I dunno what else could force it to limit FPS in fullscreen (edited)

I got a question, idk if I am just imagining this but wasn't there an option to toggle hook collision at some point? Now you can only do it via holding and pressing console or swapping over to dummy. But I imagine there must have been a toggle option at some point somewhere in the menu
