The map was made for server, where /spec was enabled on all maps. Intended way is to put ur mate on the edge, he uses spec, u jumping right at the wall and making a tower

You can maybe rocket jump straight up along the wall and your mate can try to sit on the very edge while you are in the air. Similar to the spec approach.

I think you mean 90°C, Fahrenheit wouldn't be hot for the CPU/GPU

And like Lagar says, you can try setting cl_refresh_rate and gfx_refresh_rate to something like 240 or 120 and find a value that feels good enough for you while keeping the temperature ok
