Yes you must always aim at the tee when going for hammers. Another thing you can try is swinging around the corner.

You should experiment with hammer, figure out the radius for yourself

Generally if you land the rehook, your aim should be fine for the hammer afterwards. Some people choose to jump as they rehook (to pull the tee into the corner) and then rehook and hammer as they land (edited)

Git Gud and play a lot. The longer you hook the more you get pulled. Also you need to understand the importance of countering when you hook. If you hook right, Press A , and the opposite for hooking left. When hooking up, hook at slight angles. The closer you can get to the roof, the more you can aim a bit sideways. But it still takes hundreds if not thousands of hours to GIT GUD.

Yeah aside from the select few, it will be thousands. It took me hundreds but thats because i played ddrace for thousands before. And starting gores was very hard xD And yeah, try get a nice keyboard + mouse. Comfortability is key.

Good keyboard makes a massive difference. I couldn't reliably edge with my old shitboard. But nowadays I rarely ever miss

Yeaa.. I used to play on a laptop with no desk on my bed when i started ddrace xDD After i got a pc and good keyboard, i was better at landing on edges but i still suck at them to be consistent. Just not a solo player feelsbadman
