Is this a solo part? Did you change the clarity of tees in different teams? If yes: Set cl_show_others_alpha back to 40 (default value) and then to hide players in solo parts cl_show_others to 0 (edited)

try to use cl_dummy_restore_weapon 0, and don't switch to hammer using scrollwheel, but use your +weapons1 bind (default key is 1)
