Well basically with "fun-votes" you ban innocent users, so moderators banning rule breakers seems more reasonable :-)

Well, it's under the assumption that some people like seasons that much that they volunteer to select the maps for them and don't get to participate then

The seasons could be done like KoG does them, every time someone beats a map for the second + time they get season points, not as fun as the other idea but it does remove the fact that volunteers cant collect season points, maybe a mixture of this, and some selected maps, rather than making it every week maps are selected maybe make it 1 week per month, and those maps would give a higher amount of season points than regular maps (edited)
