Inside your teeworlds folder, there is a data folder. You have to replace the file "gui_cursor.png" in there with another picture to change your gui cursor :)

ya, u can backup the old one by renaming it something else, say gui_cursor_backup.png or whatever

Don't modify the data directory. Use the config directory which is basically a second data dictionary for modifications
