Hello first of all. My problem is this, I always move the mouse with the same speed, but the crosshair in the game sometimes moves slowly, sometimes very slowly and sometimes fast. Repeating. even though I always move at the same speed.

you can find it in control panel, mouse, Enhance pointer precision (make sure this is unticked)
