I would take a look at your local online secondhand portals. You can make some sick deals if you got the patience. Look at Facebook Market place and the Spanish equivalent of eBay if you got one. Also: I know you're used to gaming on laptops. If that's been going well for you, I'd say look for a machine with an rtx 2060 or 2070 and at least a 9th gen Intel i5 or i7. Desktop hardware is a whole other league than laptops. Way cheaper since they can be bigger and way faster since they don't have to think about battery life. Be aware that switching from a laptop as a daily driver to a desktop, will be noticeable on your power bill. Especially in these crazy times.
