Why sometimes i don't get jump back when i slide by the edge?

any players who are good with dummy use the cl_dummy_control settings often? (cl_dummy_hook, cl_dummy_fire, cl_dummy_jump) I've got them all binded up to work the same way as deepfly, where mouse1 is +fire; cl_dummy_hook 1 0 for instance, but I can't figure out a comfortable place to put them on the keyboard. Curious where other people bind those.

i triple fly using cl_dummy_hook, i bind it to W. cl_dummy_jump i bind to caps lock, i forgot where i bound cl_dummy_fire though as its not as useful
