When I had a weak PC it was so much easier for me to control render process, I could increase or decrease the speed/zoom, or move camera. Now I have 3070 and all my videos are rendered in few seconds so I can't properly control it anymore, everything is happening too fast

Try rendering in slow mo and then speed up the video

you can pause it, when its paused it wont render

Is there any other way to convert from .demo to .video?
