The actual people that track you have insane capabilities, not like switching around your ip will help much. Just a missed cookie, an account log in on a site with a tracker ad, having an odd windowed browser size, having a weird browser user agent

even the ping and browser language already leaks a rough geo data

And it only takes one mistake for your previously unassociated web identity to become attached to your main identity

they'll have their mehtods to identify you. and maybe they arent even interested in that at all they just want useful human data for their AI training

They arent interested in you per se. They just want to more efficiently sell stuff to you
