as workaround use the vulkan-1.dll from ddnet 16.1 if you dont use the steam version^^

Deleting vulkan-1.dll from ddnet also works for me, because then it uses the dll in system32, which is still version 1.3.204.1

See the comment on the above issue, that says we shouldn't ship our own vulkan-1.dll
