The ddnet lan server cannot be registered with the latest versions. As always, port open, sv_register 1, firewall deactivated. DDnet 16.1 is the last version it works with. Looks like something changed with 16.2.2 but idk what it is. (win64)

ddnet 16.2.2 has http masterserver registering, instead of via UDP

the problem lies there, probably

can you check what port gets registered when you register with ddnet 16.1?

I opened udp port 8303. Not sure if that is what you meant

Ah, probably 64575 (the last numbers of my server ip in the internet tab)

yea, that's unfortunately not yet implemented

As Tezcan reported on Discord, if a DDNet server is reachable via a different port than it listens on (e.g. because a NAT remaps the port to some other port), the new masterserver registration fail...

Some servers in south america are very lag, like giving rollback, etc, and it's been like this for a few minutes, could you try to solve this? But our ping is still normal, the problem is the server itself, i think. (edited)

Does everyone have this problem or is it just you?

Hello, i have noticed something with autodemos which might be a bug (unintended): when i join a server, the autodemo starts, and it keeps going until i either disconnect, or i connect/disconnect a dummy. when i disconnect, the autodemo ends normally, but every time i connect/disconnect a dummy, the autodemo stops and instantly starts a new one. This divides a single playing session into multiple autodemos, which is annoying to navigate :( About an year ago i played on a laptop and this didnt occur (a single session was a single autodemo) Is this intended, an update or a setting i am missing, or is this a bug? Does everyone experience this? Thanks for the help. (tl;dr: when connect/disconnecting dummy, my autodemo stops and starts a new one, diving a single session into multiple autodemos. help pls xd) (edited)
