well since u have the beta drivers i cannot ask if it also happens on opengl xD else it will crash just try the other thing i suggested, else "restart" (not shutdown, start, actual restart) pc, fixes all problems in this world

just install linux bro, u have amd GPU amd is best on linux 10k fps, 0 laggs, instant alt tab, best window manager xdd but srsly, no idea, as said i have same gen GPU and dont have this problem, this must be some weird setting, or resolution/video mode missmatch
