But why would you need to fix those bugs ahead of time? That would take a lot of time and effort for testing. Just update the website live or ship a small update when something turns out to be broken
I don't even mean that as a joke. It's a valid economic consideration. If you don't ship as fast as possible, someone else will beat you to the punch and you'll lose customers. Some bugs will probably have less of an impact, up until some tipping point

well nice, but i dont care about economics tbh, only perfect software is good enough, we just need to replace humans with robots to catch up with more complex topics, we are just too dumb ^^
