Its a block server in first place with city elements like accounts, farming, cosmetics, some collectables and other weapons. But ther are also the plots for example which people can rent for ingame money and build something with the draw editor there

DDNet client has a multitude of commands and settings that can be bound to nearly any key or mouse button. You can enter commands into the console, which by default is accessed by pressing F1.
