cl_nameplates_strong 1 works fine for me

normal hardware can't go that fast

i think mobiles have high refresh rates simply bcs their processors can keep up

this is even better because you can use specific photodiode for specific wavelength

but i could still imagine that lot comes simply from better/faster processes in wafer designs building circuits etc

well, it's double advantage as you can integrate post processing on the same die as the sensor, so you remove the need for an extra chip
