You can go to the settings, make your own skin and when you are done you can save it as a skin .png Then you can choose it from the list like every other skin. It will only be local unless you upload it to skins.tw for example. (edited)

yes, the current state only allows offical ddnet skins to be used so maybe we will introduce a json skin in the future so that everybody can see the custom skins ^_^
