use nvidia control panel, add ddnet there and force it to run on gpu

so those are all map types in the game: novice, moderate, brutal, insane, dummy, ddmax, oldschool, solo, race, fun now for each there's a difficulty from 1 to 5 stars right? (or 0-5 idk) for each map type and difficulty how many points are rewarded? or is that decided on a map to map basis?
