the only way for dummy to look at you automatically, to my knowledge, is with dummy hammer command (edited)

so you can do something like +toggle cl_dummy_hammer 1 0 i think

i can make him hammer and hook at the same time

don't really know, you have to try or ask someone who knows their binds
