Prob can try your email/pw combo at a bunch of places, if they get into your email they can get into anything prob, or sneakily set the recovery email to something so they can get in later If you change it

I joined and checked. You dont get scammed just by joining, there is a verify button, if you press it it generates a qr code and asks you to scan it with the discord app on your phone
