u could just dilate 10 times in a row or smth i think
Avatar
you are already dilated 10 times in a row (edited)

thats not what dilate does

Yeah it's inkscape

is there a way that doesn't cause this in inkscape?

We should probably create an inkscape bug about this with the svg and a description of how to reproduce the issue

It seems like that's just the way their maths works, the less of a shape covers a pixel the less accurate the color calculation gets. For example I get pixels like (255, 0, 0, 1) and (128, 0, 128, 2)
Avatar
it's might make sense at default zoom, similar to how subpixels suck when zooming in, but at default zoom not

i trust them enough to understand whats going on in their software

more combinations than atoms in the whole universe

you get that number if you multiply 1 with 13,407,807,929,942,597,099,574,024,998,205,846,127,479,365,820,592,393,377,723,561,443,721,764,030,073,546,976,801,874,298,166,903,427,690,031,858,186,486,050,853,753,882,811,946,569,946,433,649,006,084,095

then tell me: 1/3 = 0.3333333333333 period 2/3 = 0.66666666 period 3/3 = ?

btw, what's this character? python3 says it's not a comma

u are correct xd

where the fuck is int512_t defined 😄 ?

on my gpu maybe xd

i know gcc has __int128_t on 64 bit platforms

In computer architecture, 512-bit integers, memory addresses, or other data units are those that are 512 bits (64 octets) wide. Also, 512-bit central processing unit (CPU) and arithmetic logic unit (ALU) architectures are those that are based on registers, address buses, or data buses of that size. There are currently no mainstream general-pur...

ah 512 bit, isn't that PS3 thing?

@Jupstar ✪ what's this comma character?
it's a comma followed by a zero-width space
Avatar
possible, i've never seen it i know some memory interfaces have such huge numbers
17:39
HBM2 memory
Avatar
well, AVX-512 does, but it is never treated as a unique 512 words
17:39
its just a bundle of 8 64 bit data
17:40
or 16x32, 32x16, 64x8
17:40
like, you can't do + 1 on the whole, only to each of the subdata
17:40
so, not really 512bit word
Avatar
yeah
17:41
soon when our computers are as huge as a single sun
17:41
then we have it xd
Avatar
wtf? it's not that hard to have 512 bit operators
17:41
just kinda useless
Avatar
yeah, then its standard xd
17:42
who knows, maybe in future this precision is actually desired
Avatar
We'll never need 32 bits system

i mean why do we calculate like 2 billion whatever from PI

i doubt he said stuff like that tbh

okay, apparently more urban legend than reality

40 digits is enough to compute universe volume up to a single hydrogen atom error
17:46
the algorithm is also used to test processor after fabrication
