We should probably create an inkscape bug about this with the svg and a description of how to reproduce the issue

It seems like that's just the way their maths works, the less of a shape covers a pixel the less accurate the color calculation gets. For example I get pixels like (255, 0, 0, 1) and (128, 0, 128, 2)

it's might make sense at default zoom, similar to how subpixels suck when zooming in, but at default zoom not
