even i learn new stuff. btw ctrl+tab if u have start the through steam shift+tab opens overlay

you can change the steam overlay keybind to shift f1 or something

ctrl shift tab works with overlay too

It's actually 200. You can reset any config value to default in client with F1, reset <config_name>, so reset inp_mousesens. If you want to read the default values, they are documented here: https://ddnet.tw/settingscommands/
