i havent really gotten the will to really do many things now. like art, going outside, fixing my sleep schedule
set goals, daily goals. If it's only a small walk around the house or sleeping earlier just a few minutes. Step by step goals help people alot with basically everything. But i get you, motivation is a hard one for me aswell, struggling to find motivation to go outside and take pictures again, but for example i did some pictures with my phone today, i set it as a goal yesterday, i feel happy with the outcome and maybe i'll take some actual pictures tomorrow, you don't have to do it literally daily but setting goals, like 3, maybe 4 for one week will help you overcome that..well lets say hole?
