ok its in, note it cannot do that for skins with HD yet(hd needs to be reuploaded after a change of the skin type(and only for this) for now), i should soon™️ make that easier too (edited)

they are ugly af xd also they will still be in the community db, sounds fair enough to me, normal skin db should be high quality only
