as a workaround for shoulder buttons which are initially all the way on the left or right side you can press the button down half-way and then start binding in the controls menu

you rotate the actual wheel for the x axis and there are 2 buttons for the y axis

yes, if you use absolute joystick aiming, but it doesn't go to exactly the middle only as far as the dead zone goes
